Dr. Solco Walle Tromp, Ph.D., (March 9, 1909 - March 17, 1983) was a Dutch geologist, geophysicist, and founder of the International Society for Biometeorology. His research into dowsing constitutes some of the most thorough scientific study of the phenomena to date.
