Trevor James Constable (1925 - ) is a ufologist and Reichian researcher, author of "The Cosmic Pulse of Life". He is known for his extensive work studying weather manipulation. Prior to his retirement from service, Constable was a licensed Radio-Electronics Officer in the U.S. Merchant Marine, having previously served in the New Zealand and British Merchant Marines.
